Whether you’re in one of those camps or you need a new website from scratch, we’re here for you. We build smart, easy-to-use websites for small businesses who need a consistent and easily maintainable homebase online.
Our process starts with a strategy workshop session where we’ll get to know your business, your customers, and your goals. This part of the process is designed to be collaborative and hands-on – we want to understand your business so we can help others understand it online.
Your Brand Strategy Handbook details your business' mission, audience, and goals. A few examples of what we look at include:
- Brand Heart
- Market Analysis
- Value Proposition
- Audience Personas
- Personality & Archetypes
- Moods & Stylescapes
We build websites exclusively in Squarespace and Showit. In our experience, these platforms are the easiest for our clients to learn and maintain on their own in the future. Our idea of web design is not to build something so complicated that it requires a professional to make any small change. We will teach you how to keep your website up to date on your own time through a set of recorded tutorials delivered at the end of the project.
Launching a new website is a big deal...so why not go all out? We’ll connect Google My Business, Google Analytics, and Facebook Pixel to make sure you’re ready to track new traffic on your site. Next, we’ll help you craft the perfect launch campaign with email and social media templates to get the word out there. Every launch is tailored to you and your business – the sky is the limit!

From the initial consult, I felt like Stephanie immediately understood the concept of what I wanted. She was quick, communicative, and always keeping me informed on her progress. She delivered my finished website in a very timely manner, and it was more than I ever could have dreamed of. The website is clean and easy to use, and Stephanie even recorded tutorials for me to navigate any changes I’d ever need or want to make to my site. She’s a true professional and a visionary in her field. I would recommend her to any and everyone!

We love working with Peak & Bayou. Stephanie is lightning fast in execution and response time and whips up graphic design magic out of thin air! She picked up on our organization's tone and style right away and has easily handled anything we've passed her way: graphics, social media content, fundraising campaigns etc. I would not hesitate to engage with her — she is professional, easy to work with and brings fresh ideas (and humor) to every interaction.
